Here are the finished result of the coloured french nails that i did at home today..

The things that you will need..

1- Scotch Tape

2- Nail Vanish Remover

3- Nutrition Coat and Nail Hardener *(both are optional if you are rushing for time..)

4- Base Coat and Top Coat

5- A Good Filer and a Clipper
(mine is 3 in 1 for shaping and buffing nails)

6- 2 Nail Polish Colours that you will placing on your nails... currently my base colour is light pink and the tip is dark blue.

7- Cotton Swabs and Cotton Wool

i placed the nail polish in symmetrical order

-Nutrition Coat
-Base Coat
-Pink and Dark Blue Nail Polish
-Nail Hardener
-Top Coat

Step 1 : buff and shape nails

Step 2 : apply generous layer of nutrition coat as nails tends to brittle after removing the previous nail colour..trust me your nails will be less yellow looking and it really feels good if u place the nutrition coat into the fridge..(*TIP*rub the nutrition coat into nails if rushing for time..)

Step 3 : base coat is very important as it will prevent your nails from staining and it also acts as a protective layer over your nails..

Step 4 : add a layer of scotch tape on the tip of nails as shown below..and apply 2thin layers of the desired colour inside then take off the scotch tape..

Step 5 : after that colour the tip of nail with desired colour and clean edges of nails with cotton swabs if necessary...

Step 6 : once the nails start to be a little dry, put hardening and top coat over it..skip the hardening if u are rushing for time.. and Viola there you have it, DIY coloured french nails...Enjoy!!!
